White Wall Cinema presents

DIRECTOR: Noah Baumbach

STARRING: Ben Stiller, Greta Gerwig, Rhys Ifans, Brie Larson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Chris Messina and and Juno Temple.

When Noah met Greta - Greenberg marks the first collaboration between writer/director Noah Baumbach and writer/director/actress Greta Gerwig. Between them they are responsible for a slew of modern classics including The Squid and the Whale, Frances Ha, Ladybird, Marriage Story, and the most recent adaptation of Little Women. A comedy of existential crisis, Ben Stiller brilliantly plays failed musician turned carpenter Roger Greenberg  who, following a mental breakdown moves to L.A. to house sit for his brother when he meets his brother’s P.A. Florence (Gerwig) who represents a breath of fresh both air for Greenberg the character as well as Baumbach the filmmaker. A ‘tale of midlife crisis and emotional vulnerability...a symphony to the angst of growing old’ - Peter Bradshaw (The Guardian). With a brilliant supporting cast including Rhys Ifans, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Chris Messina, Brie Larson and Juno Temple plus a wonderful score by James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem, Greenberg is a must see.
